Nanda started dancing since he was 10 years old. He learned Malay traditional dance from the maestro. He also learned other dance styles.

The desire to continue dancing is manifested by his studies at the Sendratasik (Drama, Dance, and Music) Department of Riau Islamic University in Pekanbaru. He then proceeded with the arts master’s program at Indonesian Art Institute of Surakarta.

Nanda is active as a tutor in dance workshops, both in the creation and traditional dance workshops. He often participates as a dancer in cultural missions in several countries, including, France, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Malaysia.

Until now he is still active in the arts with the Riau Lentik Dance community and as a lecturer in the arts and culture in several universities and schools in Riau Province.
