Sveva Gaudenzi was born in Bologna in 1995 and grew up in Pesaro. She approached dance at the age of 4 and it soon became a priority which she cultivated with perseverance and dedication.
In September 2008 she auditioned to enter the Academy of Teatro alla Scala, without too many expectations. The negative outcome, motivated her to work even more to reach her goal. The following year, after a long preparation, she was admitted.
At the age of 13, determined and enthusiastic, she left her town to move to Milan.
The course at the academy was an immersive life experience and at the same time a huge opportunity for her professional growth.
During her training, she had the opportunity to take part in some productions with the ballet company of Teatro alla Scala.
After 5 years, on 7 June 2014 she achieved the diploma in ballet and contemporary dance at the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, under the direction of Frédéric Olivieri.
After a year of transition, following an accident, in the summer of 2015, she moved to Cannes to join the Cannes Jeune Ballet (Ecole Supérieure de Danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower), under the direction of Paola Cantalupo. She confronted herself with a totally different situation. She approached other styles (neoclassical and contemporary) and had the opportunity to work with important choreographers, such as Jean-Christophe Maillot and Davide Bombana.
In 2016/2017 she took part in a dance project in Spain, Valencia Dancing Forward, at the end of which she returned to Milan.
In June 2018 she became a member of the Teatro alla Scala corps de ballet as a deputy.
She takes part in several productions and in the company tournée as well.
In September 2019 she began a degree in Communication.
