Born in Herzliya (Israel) in 1996, from a young age Liad learned the R.A.D Technique in the Ballet studio of Lea Manor in Herzliya and passed the exams with Distinction, while also dancing contemporary, lyrical jazz and musical theater.
She graduated from Hayovel High school in Herzliya in 2014, majoring in Dance and Psychology. Liad served a full military service in IDF between 2015-2017, while having the Excellent Dancer position, in which she could continue dancing during the service. She graduated from “Hamama- the Batsheva Excellent Young Dancers” year program in 2016.
In addition, Liad joined in 2016 to the Maslool Professional Dance Program in Tel Aviv under the Artistic Direction of Naomi Perlov and Offir Dagan. During the program she had the privilege to work with many Israeli choreographers and artists such as Sharon Eyal, Emanuel Gat, Eyal Dadon, and learn repertoire pieces by Mats Ek and Angelin Preljocaj among others. She graduated in 2018.
She joined Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company 2 as an Apprentice between September 2018 – July 2019, where she performed pieces by Rami Be’er in Israel and abroad.
Liad started teaching contemporary dance and rehearsal directing in 2019, while she was participating in workshops in Israel such as “Hasadna-the dance workshop”, which consisted on Gaga and repertoire by Shahar binyamini, Noa Zuk, Talia Beck, Loc Jacobs; and several workshops around Europe such as floor work by Jarec Cemerk, contact and improvisation by Michael Schumacher, Contemporary by Vittoria De Ferrari, and more.
In 2020, Liad joined Fresco Dance Company, where she performes pieces by the artistic director Yoram Karmi, and choreographers such as Eyal Dadon and Adi Salant.
