We are very happy to share that Human Signs first LIVE GRID took place in New York on October 25^th.

This performance is part of Human Signs participation in Manifesta 13’ within Real Utopias exhibition. The Human Signs LIVE GRID will continue to take place in different cities around the globe in the following weeks.

The LIVE GRID New York took place on a surreal rooftop on Union Street between 5^th and 6^th Av. with Lower Manhattan as a background scenario.

The LIVE GRID New York was coordinated by Peter Sciscioli and involved amazing voice and gesture artists: Luisa Muhr, Peter Sciscioli, Chanan Ben Simon, Kamala Sankaram, Walter Dunderville, Iréne Hultman Monti, Muna Tseng, and Rebecca Wright.

The documentation of the performance will be shared testimony of the experience of the artists united in the grid sharing their Human Signs.

The LIVE GRID New York will premiere on Manifesta’s website dedicated page, and in our site, on October 31^st.
